We're over a month into the NHL schedule now, a point when you can start drawing some conclusions from performance year-to-date. But here at Shots On Goal, we'll stick with VUKOTA projections for a while longer before delving into this year's rates. Putting that aside for now, let's jump into our Green Lights and Red Lights to help you figure out who to play and who to sit for Fantasy Week 5.
GREEN LIGHTS
While the majority of teams around the league will be playing a standard three games during Week 5, keep your eye on the squads that are scheduled for either two or four games. A half dozen teams get the benefit of an extra game this week: Anaheim, Atlanta, Edmonton, Phoenix, Tampa Bay and Washington.
"Base rate" = VUKOTA projected rates for the 2010-11 season.
